These rear covers are designed to close the gap at the back of microchip feeders, preventing other pets from sneaking food from behind. Some cats learn to reach through the back of the arch, but these guards block that access entirely. This two-pack is ideal for owners managing two separate automated feeders.

The covers are made of clear, sturdy plastic to maintain visibility while providing a physical deterrent. They are shaped to follow the contours of the feeder, ensuring a snug fit that is difficult for a pet to pry off. This accessory is essential for maintaining the integrity of a controlled feeding environment.

By installing these guards, you can ensure that the microchip feeder only serves the pet it is programmed for. This helps in managing weight and ensuring that medication mixed into food is consumed by the correct animal. These listings highlight the importance of 360-degree protection for automated pet bowls.
